With over 25 years of experience in Mechanical and Piping Engineering across the Steel, Power, and Oil & Gas industries (upstream, midstream, and downstream), Stephan Kauffmann has contributed to projects ranging from conceptual design to construction support. His roles have included Design Engineer, Lead Engineer, Project Engineer, and Engineering Manager. Key project experience includes blast furnace relines, basic oxygen furnaces, gas turbine accessory systems, compressor stations, gas fractionation plants, and oil refineries. Stephan has worked with both small firms and large multinational corporations in manufacturing and consulting. He leverages his diverse background to deliver customized solutions tailored to client needs. Stephan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and is a licensed engineer in Colorado, North Dakota, and Wyoming.
