Katie Hagerty

Katie Hagerty brings over 15 years of Project Controls/Business Management experience to Kenosha EPC, LLC.  Katie possesses an in-depth knowledge of Project Controls and believes great project controls is the driver of any successful project.  She has a proven track record of utilizing an integrated approach to project controls to ensure consistent planning and scheduling, cost and budget management, earned value, risk mitigation, change management, accurate metrics and forecasting, and reporting. Katie’s work on programs/projects in various sectors (including Power, Oil & Gas, and Construction) has solidified the idea that a proactive, scalable, client-focused approach to project controls is essential on every project.   She received her BS in Business Management from Colorado State University.
